Shanup is the umbrella for a handful of small, hands-on ventures. The goal is simple: build the kinds of things we'd want to use ourselves, and stay close enough to the work to keep them honest.

Each venture lives at its own subpath on this site and is run as its own thing — its own menu, its own rhythm, its own decisions. What ties them together is taste, not a category.
